A Tele Caller Is Responsible For Gathering Leads And Producing Sales By Speaking With Prospective And Current Customers Over The Phone. Their Duties Include:

- Sales Funnel Entry: They Ensure Prospects Are Aware Of The Brand And Influence Them To Enter The Sales Funnel.
- Customer Interaction: Tele Callers Also Engage With Existing Customers To Collect Data On The Impact Of The Company’s Products Or Services. This Feedback Is Relayed To Relevant Departments For Improvement.
- Various Channels: Interacting Via Various Channels Such As Live Chat, Emails, Social Media, And Direct Calls.
- Modifying Sales Pitches: Adapting Sales Pitches Based On Customer Demand.
- Database Management: Acquiring And Retaining Contact Information Databases.
- Suggesting Improvements: Putting Forward Suggestions Based On Consumer Requirements.
Requirements:
Fluent In English And Hindi.
Minimum 6 Months Of Experience In A Similar Role.
